About Rebecca
Appleton, WI
Rebecca Hamrin is a commercial real estate attorney at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. in Appleton. In this role, Rebecca counsels a wide range of clients and is experienced in all phases of complex commercial real estate law transactions, including sales, acquisitions, development, leasing, easement, and financing transactions. Rebecca has an undergraduate degree from Marquette University and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Rebecca has extensive experience negotiating and drafting conservation easements and handling land conservation transactions. From 2012-2015, Rebecca served on the board of the Ice Age Trail Alliance, Inc., based in Cross Plains, Wisconsin, which is a fellow accredited land trust.

After a four-year stint living in Norman, Oklahoma, and working at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Rebecca is excited to be back in her home state of Wisconsin. Currently, Rebecca and her husband, Dan, spend most of their free time at soccer and basketball games for their two young sons, but they also love hiking, biking, and enjoying the Wisconsin outdoors as a family.
